Return & Exchange Policies

Free & Easy Returns for Domestic Orders:

• Domestic orders may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 10 days of receiving the product.
• You must create unboxing video while opening the product package.
• Return/Refund request will not accepted in case there is no unboxing video.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and with labels and packaging intact.
• Nappies are non-returnable as they fall under the category of intimate-wear. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or wrong item delivered to you, please reach out to us so we can arrange for replacement of the item.

Prepaid Orders:

• Refund will be made to the original mode of payment.
• Please note, shipping charges won’t be refunded.

International Orders:

• All international orders and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return. For any queries, you can call or message on WhatsApp at

Please note that replacements/returns are not accepted if:

• The return request is made outside the specified time frame.
• The product is on sale or part of any promotion.
• The product has been shipped internationally (outside India).

Cancellation:
You may change/cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. To do so, login to your cocoon care account and go to dashboard>orders>cancel order or get in touch with our team by calling +91 9010900057 or email us at Support@6ebaby.com with your order details as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.

Shipping Charges:

• International – kindly get in touch with us on +91 9010900057 or email on support@6ebaby.com to place an international order. For international orders the shipping charge will be based on the products and country we ship to. Further note, you will need to pay Customs Duty as per the duty structure of the country you reside in. customs duty will be at actuals, and you will need to pay the customs duty at the time you accept the order.
